  If I could I'd give no star's, went there to buy a 4k blu ray player found a Sony one to match my new smart TV that I bought a few weeks ago.
  Purchased the player for $325 on Sunday Wednesday it was advertised for $275 the salesperson said at the time it was the lowest price they could go.
  I'm in retail and know of markdowns way in advance, J. B. can get stuffed , I've purchased my surround sound system and at least 400 music dvds from them.
  EBay here I come.

  As usual, JB HIFI has exceptional customer service, quirky and well stocked store. The parking at the Homemaker centre is massive, so you might have a walk a little way, but there will almost always be a spot. This location has a high amount of computers and accessories available. Online stock levels are usually spot on as well

  Speak to Francis in JB Springvale home maker centre..he is a gem..knows the products well and very helpful..I have spoken to few JB stores and one in Holmsglen one if them..but this store is the best..if one can go on a week day..there is enough staff to support..Francis helped me with the price match and at the it was an easy decision to make..bought a Samsung 65 inch QLED TV..no pressure selling tactics ..just a offering of service and other cross sell items..which is very professional..also inquired about PA system with blue tooth mike connection but they disnt have the professional level.product I was looking for..

  Went in to get a set of earphones priced matched. Was asked if was online or physical store. It was physical store that is a 10 minute drive away.
  
  The assistant there was helpful but was told by the manager they would match it but would have to pay for shipping or go to the cheaper store. The manager has something against customers that try to price match.
