  The worst Mc Donalds store, staff are rude and the customer service is poor.

  Terrible service and the tables that were empty were dirty with food on them, had to ask 3 people if some one could clean them and that took about 10 minutes. What a joke they don't care about the customer and there was more lettuce in the BIG MAC box than on the BIG MAC disappointed all round.

  They consistently get orders wrong and when you complain or bring it to their attention they get upset and rude. I have called corporate headquarters 4 times already for their customer service and lack of attention to detail. This store is always dirty inside, the parking lot is always littered with garbage, and later at night there are some sketchey people always hanging out. They should shut this specific store down. If you go 1 kilometer down the road there is a better one with better service and they don't mess your orders up on Westall road.
